Allen Media Launching Weather Channel Plus Streamer

At $4.99 per month, the new subscription service features more than 50 streaming channels for a fourth quarter 2021 launch.

Allen Media Group today introduced The Weather Channel’s new subscription streaming service: The Weather Channel Plus. The new $4.99-per-month subscription service will feature more than 50 news and entertainment streaming channels for a launch in the fourth quarter of this year. The company is projecting 30 million subscribers in its first five years.

The Weather Channel Plus content and will be available on all devices — including smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, gaming consoles, as well as personal computers and laptops.
