AMC Premiere & FX+ Launch On FuboTV

FuboTV is expanding its live TV streaming service to include commercial-free, premium add-ons through new partnerships with AMC Networks’ AMC Premiere and FX Networks’ FX+.  With these launches, FuboTV says it’s the first and only virtual MVPD to offer both AMC Premiere and FX+ on its service.

FuboTV is one of the first virtual MVPDs (vMVPDs) to offer FX+, which can be added to a Fubo or Fubo Extra subscription for $5.99 a month.

Through the deal, FuboTV subscribers can now watch award-winning and acclaimed hit current series in the FX+ library including American Horror Story, Archer, Atlanta, Baskets, Better Things, Fargo, FEUD, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Legion, Mayans M.C., Mr Inbetween, Pose, Snowfall, Taboo, Trust and You’re the Worst, as well as acclaimed legacy series such as Damages, The League, Nip/Tuck, Rescue Me, The Shield, Sons of Anarchy, The Americans, The Strain and Terriers.

FX+ is the commercial-free on-demand hub for past and new seasons of FX original series plus nearly every legacy FX original series in the network’s history. It offers commercial-free access to 127 seasons of 37 original FX Networks series — for a total of 1,482 episodes, as of November. FX+ subscribers also frequently get early access to the premiere episodes of upcoming seasons before they air on live TV.

The addition of FX+ — and premium content partnerships with NBA’s NBA League Pass and NFL RedZone by NFL Network — allow FuboTV to serve fans of content already on its platform through add-ons that can be purchased separately, without increasing prices of its existing subscription packages.
