Megaphone TV Signs Exclusive Production Development Deal With 79th & York Entertainment

Megaphone TV, a provider of TV and multi-platform interactivity, has signed an exclusive production development deal with David Armour’s 79th & York Entertainment.

Megaphone TV’s polling, trivia, and social platform creates interactive storytelling moments and transactional ad campaigns with broadcast partners that include ABC, NBC, Fox, Bravo and CNN International. Megaphone is a cloud-based solution with the ability to broadcast from home or remote locations; for amateur or expert broadcasters. This deal with Armour will lead to the creation of original interactive content for all platforms.

“David has a passion for creating bold interactive content,” says Dan Albritton, Megaphone TV’s founder and CEO. “He has a proven track record of creating unique, award-winning shows in a variety of genres and we’re excited to innovate with David.”

Armour launched 79th & York eight years ago and has since produced nearly 1,500 episodes of television. He is the creator and show-runner for nationally syndicated series including the Emmy-award winning Lauren Lake’s Paternity Court, the Emmy-nominated Couples Court with The Cutlers, and his most recent entry, Personal Injury Court. Prior to launching his own company, Armour produced thousands of hours of content including talk shows, docu-series, and live fully-interactive game shows.

“I have worked with many interactive technology companies and Megaphone TV blows them all away with their technical abilities and capabilities,” explains Armour. “I am honored and excited to work with them to create big, loud, and engaging interactive shows and experiences.”
