Benjamin Zamora Joins KBLR Las Vegas As Anchor-MMJ

Telemundo’s KBLR Las Vegas has named Benjamin Zamora anchor-multimedia journalist for Noticiero Telemundo Las Vegas. Zamora returns to Las Vegas as the station’s newscast main anchor on weekdays at 5:30, 6 and 11 p.m.

Zamora joins KBLR after working with Telemundo’s WSNS Chicago as an anchor-reporter since 2018. In this role, he anchored the weekend newscast and was the host of the political news talk show Enfoque Chicago.

Previously, he worked at Entravision in Las Vegas as anchor-producer (2016-18) and Univision’s KINT El Paso, Texas (2015-16). Before this, Zamora worked at KTSM El Paso as a multimedia journalist (2013-14). He began his career at KTDO El Paso in 2010.

Zamora earned a journalism and communications diploma from Riverside Career and Technical Center in El Paso. He also studied music business at the University of Texas El Paso.
