There’s yet another major change coming to “CBS This Morning.”
The show was rebuilt from the ground up after new honcho Susan Zirinsky took over the CBS News division in 2019.
And now Page Six has learned that it’ll be getting its second new executive producer in two years — because its current EP, Diana Miller, is quitting.
After we reached out to the network for comment, CBS News President Susan Zirinsky told us, “Diana Miller is stepping down as Executive Producer from ‘CBS This Morning’ for personal reasons.”
Insiders told us that Miller took a leave of absence in the summer to attend to personal matters, and has decided not to return.
Zirinsky added, “The show will continue to be led by Claudia Milne and Jon Tower who have been doing a fantastic job while we look for a successor.” Milne and Tower have been filling in since Miller went on leave.
“We greatly appreciate all of the contributions Diana has made to ‘CBS This Morning.’ All of us here wish her the very best and support her in this difficult decision,” Zirinsky said.
Miller was promoted to the position in 2019, with Zirinsky telling Variety at the time, “Her editorial vision, innovative ideas and ability to execute have had a positive impact on the broadcast for years and will help take the show into the future.”
She oversaw the reinvention of the show around Gayle King after a reshuffle of its hosts.
Sources say the network is drawing up a list of possible replacements.
Miller took over the gig after the exit of Ryan Kadro.
