Jackie López Joins KTAZ Phoenix As Multimedia Journalist

Telemundo’s KTAZ Phoenix has named Jackie López multimedia journalist for Noticiero Telemundo Arizona. The newscast airs Monday through Friday at 11 a.m., 4, 4:30, 5 and 10 p.m. and on weekends at 5 and 10 p.m. Noticiero Telemundo Arizona is simulcast on Telemundo’s KHRR Tucson.

Prior to joining KTAZ, López worked as multimedia journalist for Telemundo’s KDEN Denver from 2020 to 2021. Previously, she was a multimedia journalist for Telemundo’s KECY Yuma, Ariz., since 2018.

López earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from Arizona State University in Phoeni. López received a recognition from The Associated Press for her work on the immigration crisis at the southern border of the United States and she is an active member of the Arizona Latino Media Association.
