Juan Gonzalez Joins WTMO As Meteorologist
Telemundo’s WTMO Orlando, Fla., has hired Juan Gonzalez as meteorologist on weekdays at 5, 5:30, 6 and 11 p.m. His on-air debut will be Nov. 9.
Gonzalez joins with extensive experience, having previously worked as a meteorologist for Noticiero Telemundo Arizona. He is the recipient of three local Emmy awards, including best weather anchor.
He obtained his degree in meteorology from Instituto Superior de Tecnologias y Ciencias Aplicadas in his native Cuba.
