KAPP-KVEW Yakima Taps Briana Bermensolo As Chief Meteorologist
Morgan Murphy Media’s ABC affiliate KAPP-KVEW Yakima, Wash., has added Briana Bermensolo as chief meteorologist.
Bermensolo joins from WRC Washington, D.C., where she was a meteorologist. Prior to moving to the Washington, she forecast weather for KREM Spokane, Wash., for five years and in Salinas, Calif., for two years.
Bermensolo grew up in the Seattle area, earned her bachelor’s degree in television productions and broadcast journalism at Chapman University, and received her broadcast meteorology certificate from Mississippi State University.
