KVEA’s ‘Acceso Total’ Adds 3 New Markets

KVEA Los Angeles, Telemundo’s West Coast flagship television station, today announced that its lifestyle program Acceso Total that features national entertainment news, celebrity interviews, as well as the latest in music, culture and social trends is now available to Spanish-speaking audiences on KGNS Laredo, Texas; WDNI Indianapolis; and KUNA Palm Springs, Calif. With the addition of these markets, KVEA’s Acceso Total program is now available in 31 markets.

Acceso Total is a half-hour program that is hosted by veteran Entertainment Reporter Elva Saray. The program airs Monday to Friday at 11:30 a.m.

“Acceso Total has been a hit with our audiences since the show launch in 2009. Now, Acceso Total captures the pulse of entertainment and pop culture for more than 50% of U.S. Latinos, every day,” said Celia Chavez, KVEA president-GM. “We’re excited for more communities to tune in to our show and get the latest news about their favorite entertainers, celebrities and more.”

Acceso Total is a local entertainment franchise created by the Telemundo Station Group to introduce Spanish-speaking viewers to national and local celebrities, entertainers and people who are making positive strides in the areas of entertainment, music, culture, culinary arts and digital/social networks. Launched in 2009 and now available in 31 markets across Telemundo owned and affiliated stations, Acceso Total provides local insertion opportunities for advertisers to air in their local markets or across multiple cities.

In addition, Telemundo-owned stations located in Top 10 markets including New York (WNJU), Miami (WSCV) and the Rio Grande Valley (KTLM), as well as Fort Myers, Fla. (WWDT) produce their own localized Acceso Total program. Each station also offers advertisers local insertion opportunities. In total, Acceso Total shows can be seen across 35 U.S. Markets, reaching a combined total of 70% of Hispanics.
