Meteorologist Kylie Capps Joins KDFW Dallas

Fox O&O KDFW Dallas (DMA 5) is adding Kylie Capps as its weekend morning meteorologist.

Beginning Nov. 5, she will serve as the forecaster on Good Day Saturday (7-9 a.m.) and Good Day Sunday (6-8 a.m.). In addition, Capps will report and produce the weather on various newscasts and across the station’s digital platforms as part of the “FOX 4-Warn weather team” with Chief Meteorologist Dan Henry and meteorologists Evan Andrews, Ali Turiano and Alberto Romero.

Most recently, Capps was weekend morning meteorologist for KXXV Waco, Texas. Prior to that, she was a weather forecaster and producer at KOTV Tulsa, Okla. Capps began her broadcast meteorology career as a nightly weather anchor at the University of Oklahoma.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Capps holds a Bachelor of Science degree in meteorology.
