WDJT Adds McPherson As Weekend Co-Anchor

Weigel Broadcasting’s CBS affiliate WDJT Milwaukee (DMA 36) has chosen reporter Mark McPherson to be its new weekend co-anchor. McPherson will share the anchor desk with current co-anchor Pauleen Le.

The pairing is a bit of a reunion for McPherson and Le. They worked together in Lacrosse, Wis., early in their careers.

“I’ve had a great time since moving to Milwaukee and joining CBS 58, and I’m really excited to get back on the desk on a regular basis. Being reunited with Pauleen makes it even better,” McPherson said.

Prior to joining WDJT this April as a news reporter and fill-in anchor, McPherson worked as the 5 p.m. anchor at WKBT La Crosse and then as 6 and 10 p.m. anchor at WAOW Wausau.

His first day as the CBS 58 News weekend co-anchor will be Saturday, Dec. 22.
