Nexstar Media Group’s CW affiliate WISH Indianapolis (DMA 28) will launch All IN, a local news-talk show, this fall at 4 p.m. WISH anchor Phil Sanchez and national and local television personality Annessa Chumbley will host the one-hour program.

All IN, will cover the day’s events, news and weather, presented in what the station calls “a uniquely different style.”

All IN gives us an opportunity to take a look at local stories from a different perspective, to cover more of the positive things happening in our community and to interact with our viewers,” said Al Carl, WISH news director.

The two hosts bring diverse backgrounds and different perspectives to the show.  Sanchez, an award-winning journalist, has worked in news for 15 years and at WISH for more than a decade, covering some of the Circle City’s biggest stories. “I’m excited that All IN gives us a new way to deliver local news to our viewers. It gives us an opportunity to go in-depth and have great conversations about things happening right here in Indiana,” said Sanchez.

Chumbley, who began her professional career as a registered dietitian, has been a part of many different talk shows, both on local television and national networks, including the Hallmark Channel. She has also served as guest host for WISH’s Indy Style. “I’m thrilled to expand my role at WISH-TV, and love that All IN provides a unique opportunity to shine a light on positive things happening in our community,” Chumbley said.

BRAND CONNECTIONS

The addition of All IN to the WISH schedule expands the station’s total number of hours of local news and programming from 70 hours per week to 75.  WISH Vice President and General Manager Randy Ingram said: “We will now be providing viewers 12 1/2 hours of local content every weekday. More than half of our broadcast day will consist of live, local programming produced out of our own studios.”

The All IN fall launch date will be announced in the coming weeks, along with additional producing and on-air staff.
