WXXV Gulfport Adds Lori Buhring As Evening News Anchor

Morris Multimedia-owned NBC and FOX affiliate WXXV Gulfport-Biloxi, Miss., has named Lori Buhring its new evening news anchor. She will be seen on News 25 Monday through Friday during the 5 and 9 p.m. newscasts on Fox 25 and on the 5:30 and 10 p.m. newscasts on NBC 25.

Born and raised in Mobile, Ala., Buhring graduated from the University of South Alabama. She began her television career in Jackson, Miss., as a news producer before moving to Montana as a multimedia journalist and sports reporter. She then moved to Tallahassee, Fla., to anchor and report. She now brings her six years of news experience to South Mississippi, closer to home.
