MAGEE NAMED FOX NEWS EXECUTIVE VP

Kevin Magee adds responsibility for new upcoming morning TV show to his oversight of Fox News Radio.

Fox News today promoted Kevin Magee from senior vice president to executive vice president.

In addition to continuing his oversight of Fox News Radio, Magee will now be responsible for the syndicated morning show with Juliet Huddy and Mike Jerrick scheduled to debut in 2007 on the Fox O&Os. He also will serve as the executive in charge of Fox’s planned business news channel in the event distribution is secured for its launch.

He will continue to report to Roger Ailes, chairman and CEO of Fox News and chairman of Fox Television Stations.

“Kevin’s successful television programming background and his remarkable performance in building Fox News Radio will be instrumental in his new role of extending the Fox News brand into the future,” Ailes said.
