Brian Quinn Named VP, Gen. Sales Mgr. For Fox D.C. Duopoly

Brian Quinn has been named VP and general sales manager for WTTG FOX 5 DC and WDCA Fox 5 Plus, said WTTG/WDCA VP and GM Patrick Paolini Monday.

Quinn will begin Nov. 4. He replaces Mike Lewis, who was named VP and GM of WJZY/WMYT, the Fox-owned duopoly in Charlotte.

“Brian’s depth of knowledge and experience managing large multi-platform sales organizations, coupled with his extensive client relationships in the Washington D.C. market, make him the perfect choice to lead our outstanding sales team,” Paolini said.

Most recently, Quinn served as director of sales for Comcast Spotlight in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, he was an account executive for Time Warner Cable’s NY1 in New York. Previously, Quinn served as a national sales manager for Comcast Spotlight in New York. Before that, he began his career in sales as a national sales manager for WJLA-TV ABC in Washington D.C.

“Fox 5 DC is a highly respected and strong station in the market, so I am honored to have the opportunity to lead their talented sales staff to further success,” Quinn said.

A graduate of City University of New York’s Brooklyn College, Quinn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in media communications and management.
