Kristafer Joins Fox 5 NY As Entertainment Reporter

Ryan Kristafer has joined FOX 5 NY, station Vice President and News Director, Byron Harmon said Thursday. Effective Aug. 12, he will report on all entertainment and pop culture news on “Good Day New York.”

In making the announcement Harmon said, “We are excited to have Ryan on board. With his solid reporting skills, great comedic timing, and fantastic personality, he’s a perfect addition to the ‘Good Day New York’ team.”

Most recently, Kristafer hosted “CT STYLE” on WTNH in New Haven, CT. He previously spent a year as a correspondent for a nationally syndicated “Man in the Stands” feature on NBC Sports Radio. In addition, for the last decade, he has been the host and producer for his company Ryan Kristafer Productions, LLC.

A graduate of Central Connecticut State University, Kristafer holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing.

Kristafer added, “Having grown up next to NYC, I’m thrilled to work in the best city in the world where there are so many stories to explore and share. I’m proud to be able to do it with the great team of journalists at Fox 5 and on ‘Good Day!’”
