KRIV Houston moves meteorologists

KRIV Houston Chief Meteorologist Cecilia Sinclair has moved from the 9 p.m. newscast to the Fox affiliate’s morning news, while the previous morning meteorologist, Mike Iscovitz, has taken Sinclair’s previous spot on Fox 26 News at 9 on weekdays.

In making the announcement, D’Artagnan Bebel, KRIV vice president and GM, stated: “Cecelia’s personality is a great fit for the morning team and having our chief meteorologist leading off our news day is a clear benefit for viewers who rely on our morning forecasts.” He continued: “We’re equally assured that Mike will have a positive connection with our 9 p.m. viewers.”

Sinclair joined the KRIV news team in 1997. Iscovitz came to the station in 2000.
