Endemol Shine North America Names Brad Carr, SVP Production

Endemol Shine North America on Friday appointed veteran studio executive Brad Carr, senior vice president, production.

He joins Endemol Shine from Critical Content (formerly Relativity Television), where he served as SVP, production. Carr will lead all day-to-day production efforts for both MasterChef and MasterChef Junior, as well as upcoming ABC series Family Food Fight and other Endemol Shine series in development. Carr formerly served as a producer on several Endemol Shine programs, including Deal or No Deal and Fear Factor.

Prior to joining Endemol Shine North America, Carr managed more than 40 TV and digital productions for Critical Content as SVP, production, from 2010 to 2018. Carr worked on such series as Home Free (FOX), Trisha’s Southern Kitchen (Food Network), Lowe Files (A&E), Caribbean Pirate Treasure (Travel Channel), Catfish: The TV Show (MTV) and Welcome Back Potter (HGTV).

Previously Carr served as a line producer on Wipeout (ABC) and Coolio’s Rules (Oxygen) and a production manager on Kid Nation (CBS), Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (ABC) and Hey Paula (Bravo). Carr was also an associate producer on the original versions of Deal or No Deal and Fear Factor for NBC.
