Weber will unpack these details to uncover the real killers and how they were brought to justice. Together with experts and the actual players involved in the cases, Weber will revisit the police interrogation tapes, bodycam footage, 911 phone calls and the most explosive moments in court.

Rachel Stockman, president of Law&Crime Network, said: “The renewal of Law&Crime Daily shows the appetite for legal analysis and true-crime news as it gives viewers a deep-dive into today’s biggest investigations, and with the launch of Prime Crime, we will continue to provide audiences an insider’s view of some of the most perplexing cases. We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Litton Entertainment and expand into new audiences.”

New York City public defender and Law&Crime Daily host Brian Buckmire covers the nation’s biggest trials from both the studio and the courtroom. On the ground for real-time, breaking news in the murder trial of ex-police officer Derek Chauvin, Buckmire became a familiar face with the historic guilty verdict that rocked the nation.

The new season begins on Sept. 13.
