Sewee Entertainment Bringing Back Two Syndicated Offerings For 2023

Tim Voit and Sewee Entertainment are returning two of their syndicated offerings for this year — Andrew Young Presents and Women on the Move.

Andrew Young Presents, a seven-time Emmy winner, returns for its 16th season of quarterly episodes, with renewals in 80% of the U.S. Top market renewals include Fox-owned stations in New York (WNYW-WWOR) and Chicago (WFLD-WPWR) along with WSB Atlanta, WXYZ Detroit, KSTP Minneapolis, WFTV Orlando, WSOC Charlotte, WTVF Nashville and more. The series also airs internationally in over 175 countries.

Andrew Young Presents is filmed on-location around the world. All films are produced in HD. Andrew Young Presents delivers a compassionate series of one-hour documentaries exploring Civil Rights history along with current national and global issues. Ambassador Young is joined on his journeys by contemporary A-list guests from sports, music and entertainment.

The first quarter 2023 episode is “History in Black & White,” in which Andrew Young brings the struggle for freedom to life — and to the internet generation — at a time when the past is more relevant than ever. Included is rare historical footage of the Civil Rights struggle, some if it seen for the first time since the news clips aired over half a century ago.  Archivists and students are fighting against time to preserve, restore and digitize reels of film.
This is an insider’s look at some of the most important chapters in American history, yet virtually unknown to students and even adults younger than 50.

Women on the Move, another quarterly series, returns for its fifth season with an extra episode. It has been cleared in over 80% of the U.S. including WABC, KCBS-KCAL, WFLD-WPWR, KYW-WPSG Philadelphia, KTVT-KTXA Dallas, WXYZ, WGCL-WPCH Atlanta, KSTP, WTVF and many more. It’s produced by 3LF Entertainment out of Chicago.

Women on the Move profiles influential women making a difference in their communities and around the world in the worlds of business, entertainment, culture, philanthropy, medicine, sports and more.
