Tom Flanagan Joins Litton As Managing Director Of Business Development

Tom Flanagan today was named managing director of business development at Litton Entertainment. Flanagan will lead Litton’s business development team and collaborate with Litton’s production entities to create scripted and unscripted programming for linear, digital and social media outlets.

Flanagan has been EVP of Leo Burnett and helped launch and lead new agency operations, including opening and staffing new offices in New York and Los Angeles. As managing director, he led the agency’s growth via new business wins that included Chobani, Samsung, Bacardi, and others.

He also served as chief content and innovation officer for Big Block, a creative services and content production company. While at Big Block, he co-founded and launched a spin-out company called Subnation focused on the lifestyle and culture of gaming and esports.

He also expanded the company’s relationships with numerous advertising agencies and worked with clients including Volkswagen, E3, Ford Motor, Under Armour, ESPN, Red Hat (IBM) and General Motors.

In collaboration with Ripplebox, his live event production experience has included projects with Netflix (Irresponsible with Kevin Hart), CBS (The Grammy Awards), Viacom (The BET Awards), and others.
