Megaphone TV Promotes Paul Schmidt To VP Of Customer Success

Megaphone TV has promoted Paul Schmidt to Vice President of Customer Success. His new role will see him expand the customer success division within Megaphone TV.

The company said the promotion is part of Megaphone TV’s continued commitment to customer success and strategic insights, helping broadcast partners around the globe engage their audience and generate revenue through interactive sponsorship opportunities.

Schmidt has been with Megaphone TV since 2017 and has overseen the redevelopment of the firm’s customer success department.

Over the last five years, Schmidt has implemented impactful changes to how Megaphone TV is deployed and adopted. He has spearheaded new initiatives, including Megaphone TV’s new free-to-play Prediction game to help clients grow advertising revenue, viewer adoption, and meet client-side KPIs.
