WNJU New York Promotes Aida Rosario

Telemundo-owned WNJU New York (DMA 1) has appointed Aida E. Rosario director of community and communications.  She began in her new role July 2 and is based at the station’s Fort Lee, N.J., offices.

Rosario has been a WNJU community and communications project manager since late April and before that, headed community relations and communications for Univision stations in Philadelphia and New York for more than a decade.

She will work with John Durso Jr., the station’s VP of community and communications, while developing new community initiatives. Further, she will be responsible for press releases and statements while also supporting external affairs.

Rosario earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Temple University and a master’s in business administration from Berkeley College.
