He joins WBK after two years with the FCC’s International Bureau satellite division where he was an attorney adviser. Prior to his role with the FCC, Bair was a research associate for LMI Advisors where he researched a variety of topics in telecommunications regulation, including spectrum availability, foreign market access and equipment authorization.

He also served as an articles editor for The George Washington University’s International Law Review. Bair received his J.D. cum laude from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, and a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Denver.

He will be located in the firm’s Washington office and can be reached at 202-383-3422 and [email protected].
