David Burns Joins Washington’s Lerman Senter

Washington communications law firm Lerman Senter says David Burns has joined the firm, bringing more than 30 years of experience representing communications and media companies.

His experience and practice cover the full range of communications and media industry issues.  His primary focus is on regulatory and transactional matters facing the broadcast, cable and satellite industries, including representation of clients before the FCC and other federal agencies.

Burns regularly counsels clients on compliance with regulatory requirements affecting station sales, programming content, political advertising, ownership attribution, station licensing and operations, and spectrum management.
