AZA Group’s Broadcast Leadership Executive Pre-Apprenticeship Program Expands To HBCUs

AZA Group, which was founded by BlaCon Media and Full Circle Group, is a broadcast leadership executive pre-apprenticeship program that offers college-level and high school pre-apprenticeship courses toward an SBE certification as well as employability skills development.

Through its network of professional broadcasters, engineers, creatives, operations technicians and distribution partners, it offers students access to experienced professionals in the broadcast industry.

This program is now being implemented in a number of HBCU’S (Historically Black Colleges and Universities). Those currently taking part are Texas Southern State University, Winston Salem State University and Albany State University  in Georgia, with a number of others showing interest.

The goal is to implement this program at HBCUs, technical colleges, community colleges and high schools.
