Shotoku UK And Sertronics Announce Service Partnership For Germany

Shotoku Broadcast Systems, an international manufacturer of robotic camera support systems, and Sertronics GmbH, a provider of technical after-sales services have formed a service partnership that will bring dedicated support to Shotoku’s established and future customer base across all of Germany.

Shotoku has a long history of providing products and services to numerous national and regional broadcasters in Germany, including multiple ARD stations and independent TV channels.

Sertronics has decades of experience providing advanced engineering services and efficient logistics processing for spares and repairs to broadcast and other industries across the country.

All Shotoku customers located in Germany will have direct access to a dedicated Germany-based support center, staffed with Shotoku-trained engineers speaking their language and familiar with their specific configuration. Shotoku said that with multiple offices in Germany, “Sertronics is well placed to support clients across the country effectively and efficiently.”
