Teresa Giudice returning to ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ post-prison

Teresa Giudice and “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” will return later this year, Bravo confirmed Monday, following a two-year hiatus for the show during which the star served jail time.

She’ll reunite with “RHONJ” cast members Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita; additional cast and a premiere date are still to be announced.

Giudice — who is set to give her first TV interview to “Good Morning America” on Tuesday — was released in December after serving 11 months at Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in Connecticut for bankruptcy fraud. Her husband Joe is set to begin his own 41-month sentence in March.

Season 7 will pick up nearly two years after Season 6 wrapped in November 2014, and follow Giudice’s short-lived reunion with her family as she tries to reconnect with her brother Joe Gorga and sister-in-law Melissa and repair her friendship with Laurita.
