Allison Preston New WSJV Morning Co-Anchor

Quincy Newspapers-owned Fox affiliate WSJV South Bend, Ind. (DMA 96) on Wednesday named Allison Preston its new morning news co-anchor with Steve Duval.

Preston joined WSJV News earlier this year from WBKB Alpena, Mich., where she anchored the 11 p.m. news.  She has been a multimedia journalist at WSJV prior to this promotion.

A native of Grand Rapids, Mich., Preston graduated with honors from DePaul University in Chicago.  She worked on both the DePaul television news program and on the school newspaper.

Preston joins long-time co-anchor Steve Duval and meteorologist Joe Hansel on the broadcast.  The Fox28 Morning News airs from 6 to 9 a.m. Monday through Friday.
