Amber Eikel Named KTVU News Director
Amber Eikel has been promoted to news director at the Fox O&O KTVU San Francisco (DMA 6). Effective immediately, Eikel will oversee all editorial, business and administrative functions.
Most recently, Eikel has spent more than four years as assistant news director at KTVU.
Prior to that, she was executive producer at KIRO Seattle, and previously, KTNV Las Vegas.
Before that, Eikel was senior producer at WTMJ Milwaukee.
She began her career as a producer, executive producer, and interim news director for KMIR Palm Springs, Calif.
