Anny Hong Named KRON Weather Anchor

Anny Hong, KRON San Francisco’s weekend meteorologist and anchor, has been promoted to the Media General-owned station’s weekday morning show team as weather anchor, the company announced.

“We are excited that Anny will be joining our morning team on a fulltime basis,” News Director Aaron Pero said in a statement. “Anny has done an exceptional job as our weekend meteorologist, breaking news reporter and news anchor. We look forward to her contribution to the hardest working morning show team in the Bay Area.”

KRON 4 Morning News is on for six hours every weekday from 4-10 a.m.  Hong joins fellow meteorologist James Fletcher on the morning weather team.
