Apex Media Brings Radio’s ‘Car Pro’ To TV

Radio series Car Pro and its host Jerry Reynolds are following up on their national radio success and coming to television as a news segment distributed by Apex Media.

Car Pro provides automotive news and information that Apex describes as “non-biased, relevant, credible and compelling.” It is formatted as a one-minute interstitial segment with a :05 second billboard for stations to sell locally. The segments are available via a cash or trade licensing fee in each market and are market-exclusive.

Car Pro host Jerry Reynolds has been in the automotive industry for more than 35 years and broadcasting for nearly 15 years. He is a past winner of USA Today’s Dealer of the Year, former owner of the second largest Ford Dealership in the United States and past two-term president of the Ford National Dealer Association. He started Car Pro on radio as a response to communicating with his car dealerships customers in an honest and informative way and it grew from there.

Car Pro brand is a cross-platform property. The brand includes a market-specific website, www.carprousa.com, and an archive of Car Pro video segments for stations to use on their website. Every Car Pro visitor in the market can view the local station’s URL and digital assets.
