Belo Declares Eight Cent Dividend For 3Q
Belo Corp. announced today a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2012 of eight cents for each share of Series A common stock and Series B common stock. The dividend will be paid Sept. 7, 2012, to shareholders of record on Aug. 17, 2012.
The stock was trading at $6.25 at 3:40 p.m. ET Thursday.
The pure-play station group plans to release its second quarter earnings tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. ET and hold a conference call with securities analysts to discuss the results at 11 a.m. ET.
