‘Bob Vila’ Show Available From Telco Productions

Telco Productions has announced the Bob Vila and Real Green one-hour home improvement block available for national syndication in fall 2012. Vila has had a long television career as a fix-it, repair and renovation handyman.

“For more than two decades, the name Bob Vila has been synonymous with quality advice and tips about fixing or building homes,” Alex Paen, president of Telco Productions. “We’re honored that he’s chosen us to re-introduce his show to America in combination with Real Green.”

Real Green enters its third season in September.

Barter sales for both shows (3.5 local/3.5 national) are handled by Storrs Media.

In addition to Bob Vila, Telco Productions, which also offers children’s E/I programming — has added a wide variety of new weeklies for September 2012. Currently, Telco distributes 15 E/I shows, anchored by its long running series, Animal Rescue.
