Bounce TV Adds WEYI Flint, WDEF Chattanooga

Bounce TV, the broadcast TV network for African Americans, today announced the additions of Barrington Broadcasting Group’s NBC affiliate WEYI Flint, Mich. (DMA 68), and Morris Network CBS affil WDEF Chattanooga, Tenn. (DMA 86).

The additions make Bounce TV available in nearly 75% of African-American television homes and 60 million households.

“Bounce TV has been extremely well received by viewers of our station in Albany, Ga., and we know our consumers in Flint will love it as well,” commented Marc Schacher, SVP, programming and news for the Barrington Broadcasting Group.

“Bounce TV is a very meaningful programming option for our digital spectrum and we are thrilled to join the growing Bounce TV affiliate family,” said Phil Cox, WDEF GM.

Bounce TV targets African Americans primarily between the ages of 25-54 with a programming mix of theatrical motion pictures, live sporting events, documentaries, specials, inspirational faith-based programs, off-net series including Fat Albert and The Cosby Kids and Soul Train, original programming and more.
