Bounce TV To Air First Live Boxing Event

Bounce TV will carry its first boxing telecast when it airs World Boxing Association (WBA) Title matches and undercards on Friday, Nov. 30, live from the BB&T Center near Fort Lauderdale, Fla., at 7:30 p.m. ET.  The telecast — dubbed WBA Championship Boxing — is a co-production between Bounce TV, which reaches 65 million homes nationwide and 80% of African American television households; the Pursuit Channel, nationally carried to approximately 40 million homes via DirecTV and Dish; and south Florida boxing promoter Acquinity Sports.

“Bounce TV’s rapid growth continues on all fronts as we proudly bring live boxing back to broadcast television,” said Bounce TV COO Jonathan Katz. “Expanding our sports coverage to include championship bouts delivers tremendous value to our viewers, affiliates and advertisers.”
