‘Celebrity Name Game’ Tops 90% Coverage

Debmar-Mercury's new comedy game show hosted by Craig Ferguson will debut this September.

Celebrity Name Game, the new comedy game show hosted by Craig Ferguson from distributor/producer Debmar-Mercury and co-producer FremantleMedia North America, has crossed 90% coverage at NATPE. It will be cleared in virtually all of the country by the time of its September 2014 debut.

Tribune, Sinclair and CBS are among the many major station groups that have committed to the new series from the same distribution and production entities behind the hit Stave Harvey-hosted game show Family Feud.

Like Feud, more than 70% of Celebrity Name Game‘s clearances are between 5 and 8 p.m. in the heavily viewed time periods normally reserved for off-net sitcoms.
