Deana Delshad New Idea Factory Development VP
Deana Delshad has been named VP/development for Van Nuys, Calif.-based The Idea Factory. Delshad is a TV executive, show runner and producer, having worked on series for ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, OWN, Style, E!, CMT and more.
Delshad developed and executive produced How Do I Look? for the Style Network, as well as Modern Girl’s Guide to Life also for Style, and Rank & Women of… for E! Entertainment Television.
She also worked at ABC Network, Telepictures, A. Smith & Co., The Gurin Co. and Dick Clark Productions.
The Idea Factory also promoted Andrew McCormick to manager of development.
