Dick Clark Productions Sets New ‘Bloopers’

With clearances on Tribune stations, the Trifecta-distributed syndicated half-hour is set to premiere in fall 2012.

Dick Clark Productions (DCP) announced Monday that a new version of the iconic Bloopers series will premiere in the fall of 2012.

The program has already been cleared on the Tribune-owned stations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Washington, Houston, Seattle, Miami, Sacramento, Portland, Indianapolis, San Diego, Hartford, Harrisburg, Grand Rapids and New Orleans. 

The series will be distributed domestically by Trifecta Entertainment & Media which will also manage ad sales for the weekly series. Comprising 120 original half-hours over the next three years, the show is intended to play as a back-to-back hour on weekends.

DCP said it plans to feature new bloopers, hidden camera moments and user-generated videos on the upcoming series.
