Endemol Shine NA Adds 3 Legal Executives

Endemol Shine North America has added three new executives to its business & legal affairs team.

Michael Gifford has been named SVP, business & legal affairs, while Ed Prince and Marjorie Williams have each been named VP, business & legal affairs for Endemol Shine North America. All three are located in the company’s Los Angeles offices.

The business & legal affairs oversee all business and legal affairs efforts for Endemol Shine North America’s businesses including scripted, unscripted, digital, consumer products and Spanish-language programming. Endemol Shine North America is part of Endemol Shine Group.

Endemol Shine Group’s companies in North America are behind such hit series as “Big Brother” (CBS), “Hell on Wheels” (AMC), “Ink Master” (Spike), “Kingdom” (DirecTV), “MasterChef” (FOX), “MasterChef Junior” (FOX), “Swamp People” (History), “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” (Bravo), “Steve Harvey” (NBCU) and upcoming series “Hunted” (CBS), “Superhuman” (FOX), “The Almost Impossible Game Show” (MTV) and “I’m Dying Up Here” (Showtime).

Gifford will serve as a negotiator and legal advisor to the company, working primarily with the company’s scripted division, Endemol Shine Studios.

Prince is responsible for providing advice, counsel and comprehensive business and legal services to Endemol Shine North America’s Digital, Brand & Audience Development group.

BRAND CONNECTIONS

Williams will oversee development matters for ESNA’s unscripted programming team and work with the company’s digital division Endemol Shine Beyond, as well as provide support on day-to-day corporate and litigation matters.
