Endemol Shine NA Names Julie Holland PR VP

Julie Holland today was named VP, communications, Endemol Shine North America.

Holland oversees all unscripted communications efforts for Endemol Shine North America, as well as the company’s PR initiatives surrounding its brand, integration, commercial partnerships and ancillary products group. She also supports Endemol Shine’s corporate, consumer and internal communications efforts, as well as awards, talent relations and events coordination.

 During her three years with the company, Holland has led consumer publicity campaigns across many top unscripted programs including MasterChef (Fox), MasterChef Junior (Fox), The Biggest Loser (NBC), Restaurant Startup (CNBC), Steve Harvey (syndicated) and much more.

Holland also leads corporate and consumer PR for Endemol Shine North America’s brand, integration, commercial partnerships and ancillary consumer products group. Working alongside the company’s marketing and digital teams, she has developed comprehensive launch campaigns for various products and partners. She additionally supports executive and corporate visibility in this area.

Prior to joining the company, Holland spearheaded the Los Angeles office of Triple 7 PR, where she provided her expertise in brand development, product launches, and entertainment publicity.

Previously while at retail brand and engagement firm Two West, Holland was VP of business development.

BRAND CONNECTIONS

Prior to Two West, Holland served as publicist at B|W|R public relations working with clients including World Wrestling Entertainment, BET, Mindless Entertainment/51 Minds. She also managed western regional affiliate sales and marketing for MTV Networks developing multi-platform campaigns for brands including VH1, BET, Nickelodeon and MTV Tr3s with MSOs such as Comcast, Turner and Time Warner Cable.

Holland holds a BA in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
