Entravision Luminar Adds 2 To Senior Management

Entravision Communications Corp. today announced that its Luminar division, the “big data” analytics and modeling provider focused on delivering insights on U.S. Latino consumers, has added two new senior management positions for the company’s data analytics capabilities and programmatic ad buying sectors.

Esteban Ribero has been appointed to VP of Luminar Analytics. With a background in developing consumer profiles, creative briefs and brand architectures, he will assist Luminar in uncovering in-depth Hispanic consumer insights and translate them into creative strategies. Ribero most recently was VP and strategy director at Leo Burnett/Lapiz and previously was Latin America brand science director at OmnicomMedia Group.

Rafael Hernandez has been named VP of client solutions, Luminar Audience Platform to lead the division in targeted ad buying. Hernandez will lead the development of programmatic strategies to achieve business and revenue goals for clients. Hernandez was previously VP and head of multicultural initiatives at Diligant and has held sales management positions at Audiensescience, Fox International Channels and Batanga.
