ES Inks Multi-Year Carriage Deal With Verizon
Entertainment Studios Inc. signed a multi-year carriage extension of its six high-definition television networks available on Verizon FiOS TV. The networks are Cars.TV, Comedy.TV, ES.TV, MyDestinatin.TV, Pets.TV and Recipe.TV.
“This agreement is part of our ongoing commitment to continue offering FiOS TV customers a variety of content,” said Terry Denson, VP of content strategy and acquisition for Verizon.
Byron Allen, Founder, chairman-CEO of Entertainment Studios, added: “Because we own our content 100%, we are able to offer 100% authentication rights, which is essential for platforms to succeed.”
