FCC Fines KTGM Over Kids Programming Filings
The FCC has fined Sorensen Television Systems (the licensee of KTGM Tamuning, Guam) $9,000 failing to file Children’s Television Programming Reports with the FCC for nine quarters.
The commission also said Sonensen also apparently willfully and/or repeatedly failed to file in the station’s electronic public file copies of its quarterly TV issues/programs lists for twelve quarters.
