Fox O&Os To Test Kris Jenner Talk Show

Twentieth Television will preview a new talker hosted by the television personality, executive producer, entrepreneur, author and mother of six on Fox-owned stations this summer.

Fox Television Stations and Twentieth Television will premiere a six-week preview of Kris Jenner’s new talk show this summer on select Fox-owned stations in markets, including New York and Los Angeles.

Kris will be a daily, one-hour entertainment talk show hosted by television personality, entrepreneur, author and mother of six, Kris Jenner. The program, produced by Twentieth Television, will offer daytime viewers celebrity guests, fashion and beauty trends, plus a mix of lifestyle topics. The pop culture driven talk show will be produced in Los Angeles.

Stephen Brown, EVP of development and programming, Twentieth Television, said in a statement: “The latest adventures, successes and disappointments surrounding the extensive Kardashian & Jenner family fill entertainment magazines and create daily online headlines. At the center of this fascinating empire is Kris Jenner — a dedicated mom and a successful business woman. Whether offering real advice to her family or sharing personal moments with viewers, Kris is honest, compelling, entertaining, and unscripted — all excellent qualities for a daytime talk show host. The Fox Television Stations are the perfect partners for this talk show as they continue to have a successful track record of previewing hit, first-run syndicated programming on their stations.”

Kris will be produced and distributed by Twentieth Television. Jenner will serve as an executive producer of the talk show.

Frank Cicha, SVP of programming, Fox Television Stations, added: “Wouldn’t be summer without at least one test, would it?  In all seriousness, we go into this believing that if it works, the Kris Jenner program could really compliment what we’ve got going with Wendy, Bethenny, etc.”

This might not go as well as Bethenny’s trial did. I have a feeling we are beyond the limit with this garbage.
