Fox’s KCOP Adding 7 p.m. Newscast

The weekday half hour will be anchored by Carlos Amezcua and Christine Devine. “We are excited to bring our viewers the only local newscast at this time," says ND Kingsley Smith.

Fox’s KCOP Los Angeles is expanding its news offerings with a 7 p.m. newscast starting next Monday (Sept. 10), according to News Director Kingsley Smith.

Anchored by veterans Carlos Amezcua and Christine Devine, the program will feature reports by all 11 KCOP reporters and local contributors.

“We are excited to bring our viewers the only local newscast at this time,” said Smith in a statement. “Now, commuters will have access to a no-nonsense take at the news of the day and issues facing Southern California.”
