DMAS 162 AND 191

Intermountain Selling Two Idaho TVs For $1M

The buyer of independent KXTF Twin Falls, Idaho, and NBC affiliate KPVI Idaho Falls-Pocatello, Idaho, is Los Angeles radio station owner Jason Wolff.

In its second deal this month, Intermountain West Communications is selling independent KXTF Twin Falls, Idaho (DMA 191), and NBC affiliate KPVI Idaho Falls-Pocatello, Idaho (DMA 162), to Los Angeles-based radio broadcaster Jason Wolff for $1 million, according to an FCC filing seeking approval of the deal.

Intermountain, which is primarily owned by James Rogers, earlier announced it was spinning off KYMA Yuma, Ariz., to Brian Brady for $1.3 million.

Intermountain also owns stations in Montana, Wyoming and Nevada, including NBC affiliate KSNV Las Vegas (DMA 40).

It relinquished the Fox affiliation for KXTF last year following a dispute with Fox over reverse comp.

Wolff owns 10 radio stations in Hawaii and 12 in California.
