Jim Mannix Named WFLD-WPWR Local Sales Mgr.

Jim Mannix has been named local sales manager for Fox-owned WFLD (Fox)-WPWR (MNT) Chicago (DMA 3). Effective Monday, March 4, Mannix will be responsible for overseeing the duopoly’s local sales initiatives.

Most recently, Mannix was national sales manager of Fox’s WTTG-WDCA Washington for the past seven years. Prior to that, he was an account executive for Fox Stations Sales in New York for three years. Previously, Mannix was an account executive at various companies in New York, including HRP Inc., Sandbox.com and Telerep Inc. He began his career as a media buyer at Zenith Media Services in New York.

Mannix is a graduate of Hofstra University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in marketing.
