John Dokes New AccuWeather Network GM
TheAccuWeather Network today named John Dokes its general manager as it works to expand the 24/7 cable network that launched in March.
Dokes will retain his role as AccuWeather’s CMO, and in his new position will “play a vital role in guiding the development and expansion of the AccuWeather Network … continuing to strengthen the only ‘All Weather, All the Time’ national HD weather network through innovative programming and proprietary forecast offerings,” according to the company.
