Judge Jeanine pleads guilty to speeding

Judge Jeanine is guilty.

Former Westchester County DA and Fox TV host Jeanine Pirro has copped to speeding charges stemming from her November traffic bust in upstate New York.

Pirro was accused of driving 119 mph in a 65-mph zone in her 2017 Cadillac in the town of Nichols but ended up pleading guilty to doing 95 mph, the Tioga County Clerk’s Office said Tuesday.

She paid a $300 fine plus a $93 surcharge and agreed to take a defensive driving course as part of the deal.

The 66-year-old “Justice with Judge Jeanine” star pleaded guilty through the mail and was formally sentenced Jan. 31.

Pirro has said she was en route to see her ailing mother, Esther Ferris, who lives in Elmira and is battling cancer, when she was pulled over.

“I had been driving for hours to visit my ailing 89-year-old mom and didn’t realize how fast I was driving,” Pirro said at the time in a statement released by Fox News. “I believe in the rule of law, and I will pay the consequences.”

It’s unclear if Pirro will receive points on her license. Speeding 30 mph over the speed limit carries six points.

The former prosecutor — who served as a county judge prior to becoming Westchester DA and a legal analyst for Fox — couldn’t immediately be reached.
